Symphony of Eternity | Latest Android Games

Posted by Deathmetalistic Jyx on 8:43 PM

Symphony of Eternity is a game created by Nemco and a it's a blast when it was released. A reminder of the good old days when, instead of being drenched by fear and melodrama, Symphony of Eternity is a Japanese role-playing games were known for their charm. Dressed like a classic 16-bit, the game takes its cue from Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy series, then add the touch screen functionality and a cast of sympathetic, familiar characters. She will never win awards for originality, but not what you're looking for.

Symphony of Eternity is divided between exploration and combat, but unlike other examples of the genre, fighting in the Symphony of Eternity is not accidental. The creatures were shown on the map, allowing players to sneak trick them, or avoid conflict altogether if you cut health. The battles in turn are controlled by a single in the bottom screen, which lets you choose the attacks, potions, and special positions that are used to fight your enemies. It's a nice, simple system that works extremely well. There are a lot of character of micro-management is also under the surface.

Tablet-based class allows each of your adventurers to learn new skills and roles, and points to level up when you can have different properties. The progression feels natural and rounded, and levels of difficulty are handled with care. As the game goes, your characters are individuals, which inevitably leads you to worry about even more. To top it off, add graphics and sound to the nostalgic atmosphere. Symphony of Eternity is not afraid to use his influence on his sleeve, and the experience is much stronger for it.

9mm | Latest Android Games

Posted by Deathmetalistic Jyx on 9:07 PM

9mm is an upcoming game for Android. On this game you play the role of John Kannon (also known as "Loose" Kannon), a cop who is not afraid to break the law crude for pain methamphetamine dealers in Los Angeles. 9mm is aimed at adult audiences - in terms of F-bombs, giving Grand Theft Auto a run for their money. But the real question is how we stack up to other games IOS in terms of gameplay.

Moving and shooting controls are fairly standard, and explains everything in a smooth tutorial, which is also the first mission of the game. One of the gameplay gimmick that separates the 9mm from a third person shooter is that you can start a push of a button Bullet Time. If you take a swing button, you are dipping in the direction of a slow-motion coup. Of course, Bullet Time is not an original idea, but this is a Gameloft we're talking about here, so no originality.

The history of the game is enough to propel the game along, but it's over. One minute you save innocents from a gang beat-down, the next minute you're chasing some creep who tries to kidnap your daughter to the playground, and if you find yourself in a strip club explode. On the positive side, the voice acting is pretty good. On the other hand, the constant cut-scenes more urgent, the more you play.

The story offers what it means to wrought iron framework for the gameplay, so it's a very linear game. From start to finish, you move from one objective to another, never veering off itinerary. Stray too far from the target, and gets a job - only to be sent to the last Checkpoint try again.

Normally we complain more to the lack of freedom in the game, but they did a good job in a different lens. There are plenty of shootings, and fists, chases and interrogations, which is one of the quick-time events that will make you touch or wipe the screen quickly. These are usually a little 'easier as they are, but they add spice to the game. You can also collect coins as you progress, you can spend the new weapons and armor.

Posted by Deathmetalistic Jyx on 11:06 PM

Toki Tori is a puzzle platformer game that is fun to play than anything you've played before. Push the limits of your brain as you drive through the course, with 80 challenging levels spread over four mysterious world to collect the eggs as you go. Your character Toki Tori is armed with a number of different items and weapons, such as the telewarp, freeze o-matic and Slug Sucker! Combine them to solve each level, some are easy,  and some are brain bendingly difficult!

The gameplay of Toki Tori is to use a limited number of tools to collect all the eggs in each level of a single pass through it within a certain period of time. Toki Tori has a certain amount of tools at the beginning of a level. The puzzles are designed around the tools to be used wisely and in most cases with a tool of wounds in the best position. The enemies usually appear after a simple patrol of the front and back turn, when they reach an obstacle. Knocking on Toki Tori, and if he died instantly, it forces the player to restart the level. Some tools are weapons that can defeat these monsters, but should be used carefully and wisely to maintain the level of defeat. Besides the threat of monsters, a timer is constantly ticking down. When the counter reaches zero, Toki Tori gives a look of disappointment on the player, you must restart the level.

When a player has a clear idea of how they are going to win a level, but usually have a lot of time to implement their plans. There are fifteen levels in all four worlds, non-tutorial levels, which appear in an exhibition unprecedented tool. Only the top ten are required to enter the next area. The other five are much more difficult and are there to increase the replay value.

There are four worlds in Toki Tori, the Forest Falls, Creepy Castle, Sewer Slime (Cuevas mud on the Game Boy Color version), and Dam of bubbles. The worlds are becoming more difficult as the player progresses through them, in the later levels, usually only have a specific form to collect all the eggs. The most obvious difference in the world and the enemy is simply unique aesthetics. Enemies behave the same way and the goal of each world is the same: to collect all the eggs at once. Toki Tori is surely one of the most enjoyable game to play on Android phones. Stay updated with the latest android games here on Game-Metal.

Death Worm | Latest Android Games

Posted by Deathmetalistic Jyx on 10:47 PM

Death Worm is based on Super Mega Worm. These games were originally released for Iphone and Android, but first of all, these games are much more similar than they are different. In both games you can play with the worm, whose purpose is to engulf and destroy everything they find, whether animal, human or vehicle. Both uses the Game Center, you can follow the highest score, and both are very casual player friendly, simple controls and incredibly fun at the forefront.

Death Worm is a goal-based game. To get the levels, you have to do things like kill 60 persons, or get 30 kills without taking damage. This should be a difficult time of trigger happy police and army guys to start peppering you with bullets and grenades, but these adds a thin layer of originality to the proceedings.

At each level on death worm you get, you have to update your worm making it longer, faster, stronger, or more able to squeeze the juice from the power-ups. There are two types of bonus: increases the speed and fast cars. Unfortunately, you must enter three of the same power given to the use and effects are relatively short, at least initially. It is a pain because the worm Super Mega used to be able to speed up and shoot balls of fire at will.

The graphics are excellent, especially if you have a screen Retina. Blinding detail, with silky smooth animation. And unlike its competitors, the worm of death can unlock two additional environments. As each ring is the same size, is mostly cosmetic changes, but we appreciate the change of scenery.

Unfortunately, for wrapping around the visual appeal, people and animals must eat very small. We had to play the screen just inches from our eyes, in order to find our food. And when you get the speed to increase, the camera retreats further.

Angry Birds Rio | Latest Games

Posted by Deathmetalistic Jyx on 4:10 AM

Angry Birds Rio, a stand-alone edition release of the Angry Birds series to tie with 20th Century Fox animated movie Rio, was launched for IOS, Android and Mac OS X last March 2011. This version of Angry Birds takes place in Rio de Janeiro, and the game also interacts with the character of the film. Angry Birds Rio contains the first two chapters, each with 30 levels, including the Angry Birds rescue cage of exotic birds in the first chapter, and attack the evil marmosets in the second, third and fourth.

The game also includes new hidden objects at the planned level, Angry Birds Rio will have it's updates on, May, July, October and November 2011. Angry Birds combining with Rio has been positive, and Ryan Rigney boasts some significant improvements to its predecessors, while Levi Buchanan of IGN, reviews the game as a smart, intelligent Chapter again in the series.

After publication, Angry Birds Rio has been downloaded more than 10 million times. The first update, called the Beach Volleyball, was released in May 2011 for Symbian, Android, and IPhone, including 30 new levels to play. Another update was released, on the first chapter entitled "Carnival upheaval", published in June 2011, and the second half was released in July, followed by two more updates planned for October and November 2011.

The gameplay has not changed, so inventory levels you still slinging red, white birds, yellow and blue on piles of materials, but this time the goal is to break the cage. Several specific actions obstacles come into play, such as chains and lamps hanging from the ceiling, both of which can get in the way of course, your birds, if you're not careful.

You can also open the second episode of the game, which is for you to tell off the mischievous monkey trying to escape through the jungle. Unfortunately, we can not indulge in new birds, until the last level, which seems a
missed opportunity. On the positive side, the enemy of the monkeys are wonderfully expressive, which makes them more fun to make compromises. The final level is a cleverly designed to fight a boss, which is very cool!

Orc Defender for Iphone | Latest Android Games

Posted by Deathmetalistic Jyx on 3:12 AM

Orc Defender is a multiplayer online game that uses the GPS capabilities of iPhone which allows you to create fierce and cool warriors. Custom characters can belong to any of the six classes: Champion, Guerrero, Druadan, Supervisor, Hunter, and Monk, each with bonus melee, magic, lock statistics, speed and health.

Orcs can be equipped with weapons, shields, rings, spells and potions to give them the advantage in battle. You can name your character whatever name you like to. Orc Defender has a random name generator but it seems pretty useless, because almost all the name that it suggests are already been used by another player.

Once you've created your orc it is the time to zoom out and find opponents. The game requires you to constantly go online and use the iPhone's GPS to site your position on the map. On Orc Defender you can post forts, citadels and keeps you from your backyard to the Eiffel Tower. You win the territory by defeating the defenders of the other players, which are marked by red flags with filters so that the opponents of equal strength are displayed.

Battle arenas are suitably dark and dirty, the 3D characters sufficiently detailed to show the whole part of your terrible ogres. However, the animations are not as fluid or natural as could be but Orc Defender is really fun to play with. Always check this blog for the latest android games and the latest games in any platform.
